It continues to improve in ways that bring significant quality of life improvements. The stall if proactive in making sure you’re benefiting the most possible. It’s not let it and forget it. You have legit support and guidance from people who have a wealth of very usual information. They care more about you, than it seems you have to. Freeing you up for your healing journey. Which they facilitate every step of the way. 4 months ago when I started, I am notably not the same person. It has helped with my PTSD, major depression, anxiety, ADHD. all of those meds did not need a refill last month. All in part to a Better U’s support and treatment. I. Am. Thankful. To. Be. Alive. I found this option and it’s much less expensive so I can afford more frequent treatments. The app needs work. The updates are fixing some of the issues with the app. So I’m hoping it will be more usable soon. ### 2/5 — Didn't work for me *2026-01-13* This treatment didn't do much of anything for me but that doesn't mean it won't help other people. Unfortunately ad with all medications there is no way to know for certain if it will work other than to try it. Unfortunately also this medication is not covered by insurance and trying it means you have to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars before you know if it works and if it doesn't you are SOL like me. Only you can decide if the cost is worth it without a guarantee of success. It might work for you if you are one of the lucky ones. It’s such a pain to keep having to turn my iPad sideways to see stuff. I was battling depression for years and tried big pharma daily lamictal which did good but I had to take every day for years ! And finally I did the better u ketamine therapy when they first started when I was living in California and that was the only state they served. And the quality of the care and professionalism is top notch. I took a break and then experience a traumatizing loss that spiraled me into a depression , ptsd and post partum. And ketamine created a complete reset that allowed me to look into my self. Re evaluate my life and literally just come out with making better decisions, treating people better and treating myself better. They need to change their name to “Best U” bc it does just that! I have went through mindful before and I experienced rude and I mean RUDE practitioners that were judging me bc I was nervous on camera and they drilled me over unnecessary things when I was already down and the medicine they distributed is low quality compared to better u. I am looking forward to trying their ketamine Pain cream. I also want to give a huge shout out to Alejandro for truly taking his time to listen to me and understand me through hysterically crying over my loss and his relatable and calm demeanor guiding me into a different perspective and not only that he took diligent notes he shared in a pdf that I asked for to help me prepare for my medicine journey over my loss and sent YouTube videos and Breathwork suggestions music suggestions and most importantly journal prompts. He was also available in messages when I wanted to quickly chat with him. Thank you for healing me. Thank you for everything. This app crushes my mellow mood though. I ordered a package and when I go to the packages tab, it’s stuck on step 1 of 2 and will not progress. Trying to get a hold of someone is anything but easy.
