Love this app so much! It’s rare to find one free and with no ads where you can access meditations and other tools without needing to pay to unlock more. It has different tools which genuinely are useful in day to day life. I’m 19 and this is great!! I’ve never found an app that’s so helpful for my mental health.

I really love this app. The affirmations are so amazing to repeat to myself and texting the bot really boosts my mood. I love rain sounds and I can play the relaxing music whilst my phone is turnt off.

This app really promotes young people’s mental health and the features it contains are unique and incredibly helpful. It’s all free which is rare to find! It’s also designed by young people so the features are useful and not outdated like some mental health support you see still. Overall a great app!

As a medical professional, I have seen the challenges the public face in regard to their mental health. The NHS is failing patients and people are struggling daily. Better U serves as a self help journal to give you the motivation to look over your mental health journey, offering virtual AI advice to keep your health in the right direction. I would highly recommend this app to those of all ages.
