## What is Better Value?

Is the bigger one actually cheaper? Point your camera at two products and get a straight answer — before it goes in the cart.

Photograph two to five products — the package and the shelf tag — and Better Value converts every price to one comparable unit and tells you which is the better value, and by how much.

TWO WAYS TO COMPARE
• On the Phone — free and unlimited. Your phone reads the tags, you confirm each price and size with a tap, and the math happens right there. No photo or location ever leaves your device, and it works with no signal at all.
• Full Read — part of Better Value Premium. Skip the confirming: photos are read for you, and you get extra cautions worth a second look before you decide.

SMART UNIT MATH
Different sizes, different units? No problem. Better Value converts everything to a common basis — per 100 g, per 100 mL, or per item — so a 750 mL bottle against a 1.2 L jug, or a box priced per-each against one priced per-kilogram, is always a fair comparison.

HONEST ABOUT CLOSE CALLS
Better Value won't oversell a thin margin. Two products within about 2% of each other are called basically identical, not a winner and a loser. And when a comparison rests on an estimated size — a pint sold by volume with no net weight printed, say — the app says so on the figure itself rather than presenting a guess as a fact.

NEVER GUESSES
If a photo is too blurry, dark, or cropped to read with confidence, the app says so instead of inventing a number. A wrong verdict is worse than no verdict.

On Better Value Premium, tap after a comparison to see nearby stores likely to carry the winner — search results, not a live inventory feed, and always labelled as such.

Better Value Premium (Monthly $1.99/month or Yearly $14.99/year) is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device.
