1、断食追踪：
根据你选择的计划，app会定时提醒你什么时候可以饮食，什么时候是在断食中，不能饮食。
2、喝水提醒：
输入自己的体重，小露会帮你制定合适的喝水计划，每天喝水打卡，小露会帮你记录喝了多少水。
3、冥想减压：
每天睡觉前打开app，找到冥想减压功能，伴随着轻柔的音乐，放空自己，放松自己的身心。

【吸风饮露轻断食自动订阅服务服务和说明】
1、订阅服务：连续包月（1个月）、连续包季（3个月）、连续包年（12个月）
2、订阅价格：价格取决于选择的订阅套餐。
3、付款：用户确认购买并付款后计入iTunes帐户
4、苹果iTunes帐户会在到期前24小时内扣费，扣费成功后订阅周期顺延一个订阅周期
5、如需取消订阅，请打开苹果手机“设置”—进入“iTunes Store与App Store”—点击“Apple ID”，选择“查看 Apple ID”，进入“帐户设置”页面，点击“订阅”，选择吸风饮露轻断食会员取消订阅。如未在订阅期结束的至少24小时前关闭订阅，此订阅将会自动续订
