I decided to give the app a go and was delightfully surprised. Nice interface with tons of different categories from beginners yoga to masterclasses around specific poses. The breath training is a nice touch too. Theres even a short tutorial on how to get rid of neck pain after sleeping on it weird which worked surprisingly quickly. I decided to get the subscription for live classes after the trial. It’s so refreshing to get personalized tips from teachers who know what they’re talking about.
