I use Headspace, Calm, Insight Timer, as well as others and this is very helpful and great to have to turn to at any time of day or night for that matter. Headspace is great for meditation for people that like to do 10 to 20 minute meditations every morning. This is great throughout the day for dealing with anything that comes up. Has literally changed my life. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-09-01, version 7.32.0* I wouldn’t even begin to consider downloading this app. They’ll offer you a free trial then next thing you know you’re getting charged for a month’s subscription. Then when you cancel that subscription, guess what? You’ll still be getting charged and won’t be able to download any other apps or pay for the subscriptions you do have and use. Apple support will say they can’t help, have to reach out to the app. The app will provide steps on how to cancel the subscription (which has already happened, had they read your email thoroughly they would know that) and tell you there hands are tied and you should contact Apple. It’s an absolute joke and complete scam because to be able to use your apps that you pay for or even download more apps, they’re going to get that initial charge out of you. COMPLETE SCAM, and don’t want to be that person but the only reason they have a star at all is because I couldn’t submit this otherwise. ### 1/5 — DO Not USE *2026-08-25, version 7.32.0* I unfortunately downloaded this app, and they repeatedly will take money out of your account unless you read the fine print! I have requested for the past few months for my subscription to be cancelled, however they say they cannot cancel it unless I download the app, rejoin, and pay more money and then get a 50% subscription off. They are absolute scammers. Whatever you do do not download this app unless you have money to burn. I am still getting charged months and months later. I have contacted one of their email addresses. I will now have to cancel my card and gain a new credit due to these stupid people!! Scammer scammer scammer ### 1/5 — Do Your Research *2026-07-13, version 7.32.0* UPDATE: I was refunded. However canceling this subscription should not have been so difficult and frustrating. Do your research on this company before signing up. After my signing up and finding I wasn’t using the app I cancelled my subscription just after a couple of weeks. Fast forward to 3-months later I get a charge of almost $100. In contacting them (which you can only do by email) they were unwilling to work with me because they had no record of my canceling. Even after attempting to cancel again, the representative told me they had no activity showing my cancellation(s). So there very well could be an issue, but their response was basically a template they use to reiterate their terms and conditions. In addition, I never once received any notifications (email or in app) of a subscription ending and/or renewing. Check Reddit & Trustpilot for information from other consumers. In summary they are known for their “tricky subscription cancellations”. ### 1/5 — This app is a scam *2026-02-09, version 7.31.0* Do not download this app it is total bs. I signed up for a one month subscription and they have been charging my credit card for the last 6 months. I canceled through APP after first week of usage as the app did not suite me. Continued to be billed the following year. Was told i actually subscribed via website and needed to cancel via website not app! Now that I have an in person therapist it’s very clear. The app is interactive, inclusive and just overall therapeutic it doesn’t give you dumb help like writing in a notebook you’ll use once, instead it focuses on breath work, meditation or story’s that make you think “wait I do, do that” it’s confronting and uncomfortable but real. The help you need is literally at your fingertips with daily exercises that are positive and mindful.
