BetterPlane has put all that information and more at our fingertips. The record keeping and reminders are superb. It took only an hour or two to load 20 years of maintenance logs ( this is entirely optional). The fact that I’m also able to set up tracking items was just icing on the cake. So far it’s been really easy to use, and it was a nice surprise that I can backup my docs along side everything as well! Within the first 10 minutes of use, I was able to import, transcribe, and collate nearly a dozen log pages-something that would have easily taken me several hours to do manually. Not only can I now search through 50-year-old handwritten documents, but the program also automatically extracts critical data such as ADs and Airman numbers, while providing compliance status and due-date information.
