After trying a reboot which didn’t help I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Now it records my sleep at 21 to 23 hours per day. Each day ends at 12 AM. I have attempted to contact Support multiple times. The site needs to be updated to show iOS 13 is required, not iOS 12. When I reached out for support, I was mad and felt like I fell for another scam. The responder was calm, patient, and helped me get it up and running properly by emailing screen shots. I have a problem with snoring and am concerned for health reasons. It gives me peace of mind to know that I only snored 11 minutes out of 8 hours of sleep. The relaxing breathing and meditation is great!
