## What is BetterStory?

BetterStory is a new kind of reading app. Stories you step inside, characters who text you back, and endings shaped by your choices.

WORLDS

A World is an interactive story told scene by scene, with pictures that bring each moment to life. You do not read about the characters. You are in the story with them.

Your choices shape everything. Burn his letter or send him a rose. Trust her or walk away. The story adapts as you go, relationships shift, and the ending is yours.

The characters talk to you. Between scenes, they text you, send voice messages, and reply when you write back. Ask the hockey captain who Bella is. Confront him about last night. The story continues in your messages, not only on the page.

Each World has its own tone. A college romance. A sharp romantic comedy. A werewolf pack where you are the rejected mate. A fantasy realm of magic and old power. Every World is a new place to live in.

BOOKS

Alongside Worlds is a growing library of complete web novels, each built with the hooks, twists, and pacing of great serialized drama. Chapter after chapter, designed to keep you reading long after you meant to stop.

### 5/5 — I’m completely hooked to this app

*2026-09-01*

The stories are actually interesting and deeply immersive, I almost feel like I’m actually witnessing the plot unfold before my eyes. Love it. ❤️✨

### 5/5 — Finally an AI app I don’t feel gross about using

*2026-05-13*

Holy cow, I was not expecting this to work. I am VERY critical of AI, I think it has many flaws and it can be dangerous if not properly designed and programmed. This app is a good example of being properly designed and programmed. I was blown away by the “Coach”. Apps that I have tried in the past kinda just repeat what you said back to you, that is not the case here. Other apps try to rush you to the solution, also not the case. I’ve only used the app a little bit but I can tell that I’m going to be using it a lot!

**Developer response:** Thank you! We're working closely with psychology experts to make sure Orbit is the most human and responsible AI experience out there. Coach is where a lot of that thinking lives, so it means everything that it landed with you. We know there are still rough edges, and we're actively working on smoothing them out, with a lot more improvements coming in the next few weeks. Thank you for being an early believer.
