## What is BetterWake?

BetterWake is the alarm built to wake you up not tired.

Wear your Apple Watch to bed and pick the time you need to be up by, like between 6:30 and 7:00. All night, the watch tracks your heartbeat and movement. Then BetterWake taps your wrist and gently rings your phone at a good minute inside that time, so you get up without the heavy morning fog. It never rings later than the time you set.

Why you wake up tired
A normal alarm goes off at a random point in your sleep. If it catches you while you're sleeping heavily, you can feel groggy for a long time. BetterWake waits for a better minute inside the time you picked.

Gets better every night
Rate how you woke up each morning, and BetterWake learns what works for you.

Also inside
Sleep Guard rings again if you doze off after turning the alarm off. A nap timer. Your own alarm sound. A morning report of your night.

Price
BetterWake is free for 14 days, with everything included. After that it is 6.99 dollars a month or 39.99 dollars a year. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime in Settings.
