I love the variety of different workouts that you get. Being able to mix it up and try new classes keeps it fun and interesting. Love this app

Such a great way to start your days with actual live exercises with Greg. The wellness is a great addition also, not to mention that all the workouts are on demand if you can’t make the live ones. 

All workouts can be done at your own comfort level with Greg giving multiple approaches to each exercise depending on your level fitness which makes it great to progress through each workout.  

I Look forward to using this app in the months to come!
