As I am a big eater of fast food, this is the best burger I’ve had in a long time (Noosa Classic Surf with added beetroot and pineapple). I also ordered their onion rings which were so crispy yet the onion was soft. They were so huge and there were lots of them. Bradley took my order as they were very busy. For someone who is only 16, he was so polite and cheerful. When he smiled at me I could tell it was from his heart as his eyes lit up. While eating my meal, he was cleaning tables - not just removing rubbish but WIPING THEM TOO! He was even pushing the chairs back in. Well done Bradley and the staff of Betty’s Burgers Carousel 👍🤩😄 ### 2/5 — App is next to impossible to read *2026-04-20* This is about the app not the outlet. The outlet is great and I keep going back!! But sometimes I think the developers never look at what they produce. In this case the light grey text they use is almost impossible to read. Please fix it. And. When I tried to lodge this issue on line in their app apparently I don’t know my email address of 30 years! It kept saying it wasn’t valid. But to go and try again you have to start all over again. And I still got the same issue! Please fix it. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in after registering – very disappointing *2025-07-27* I signed up for an account with Betty’s Burgers but have been completely unable to log in since. I’ve tried resetting my password, switching devices, and reinstalling the app — nothing works. It just keeps showing an error. Really frustrating experience, especially for new users. Please fix your login system — it’s disappointing not to be able to use the account after registering. ### 2/5 — Poor App Functioning *2025-06-16* I have had numerous problems with the Betty’s App for a while now. After getting all the way through to the payment screen and selecting a credit card and Betty’s dollars, the App has no final button to complete the order. Deleting and reloading the App makes no difference. Deleting and reloading my payment options now has the App endlessly asking me to load a new card, and will not save any data that I have loaded. Burgers tasty. Betty’s App poor. ### 2/5 — Clunky *2025-03-10* My beach club stuff didn’t work for the first few months, now I periodically need to delete and redownload the app because it has issues with the cart. You’d think making these basic ordering apps would be simple since so many have been made by now but there is a still a few here and there that just struggle for whatever reason ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work….still *2025-01-16* Gave up trying to order through the app. You get to the payment screen and it freezes. Won’t accept any payment. Have tried to delete the app and reinstall and the issue persists. Even tried to do the same from another ph in be and an iPad. Have given up on their burgers in favour of a competitor instead. ### 1/5 — Completely misleading promotion *2024-12-07* Drive specifically to a Betty’s Burgers and download this app to enjoy a free burger upon spending $30 however, at the restaurant after making the order I was told I had to make certain conditions which are not clear. Extremely misleading and I would highly recommend going to GRILLd instead. Very poor customer experience ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2024-12-04* Oh, Betty’s Burgers, thou dost tempt the senses with thy promises of delectable delights! Yet, thy digital portal, the gateway to thy offerings, is a labyrinth most vexing—a vexation to the spirit and a torment to the soul. In this age of swift convenience, thy app stands as a monument to confusion and chaos, a befuddlement most profound. Lo! Upon launching thy app, I did believe myself transported to a realm of ease, where but a touch of my finger would summon thy burgers to my doorstep. But alas, what folly! For when I sought to select one humble patty to sate mine hunger, lo, the app did mock me by adding not one, but two to mine order! 'Twas not the bounty I desired, but a blunder most grievous. I didst toil with persistence, attempting to rectify the error. Yet, thy app proved as steadfast in its mischief as Puck in his merry pranks. Buttons that should function with grace respond instead with delay or defiance. Pages that should load with haste linger as a snail upon its trail. And wherefore, I beseech thee, is the ease of amendment? For each correction demanded the patience of Job, the endurance of Hercules. Oh, Betty, thy burgers may be the food of gods, yet thy app is but the jest of fools. Thy interface is as tangled as a lover's quarrel, thy errors as frequent as the moon's cycles. In my frustration, I did ponder whether thy app's creator was, perchance, an agent of chaos, intent upon driving thy customers to madness. Betty’s Burgers, hear my lamentation: thy app is a tragedy worthy of the Bard himself. Restore it to order, lest thy patrons flee to rivals less vexing. For what use are the tastiest burgers if the means to acquire them is as burdensome as dragging a millstone? Do heed my words, and mend this technological travesty, that thou mayst reclaim the favor of those who hunger for thy fare. Until then, dear Betty, I shall mourn the promise of thy burgers and curse the folly of thy app, which hath brought me naught but woe. ### 1/5 — Absolutely does not work *2024-08-26* Keeps crashing. Said I couldn’t use the app until I updated but I was already on the latest version. Deleted it and redownloaded. Kept saying my cart ‘had items no longer available’ even though all I had added were fries, then it kept asking me to ‘confirm my location’ even though I had already done so. This also didn’t work. Absolute nonsense. We ended up at the back of a very long line and getting our food much later because we didn’t line up as were going to use the app. Absolutely ridiculous. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t register the purchase *2024-08-04* You choose what you want to consume, put it in the cart, choose the location, pay, get charged for the order, and the screen freezes while loading. The same thing happened to my partner on his app, and then the store doesn't receive your order. I had to show my app, show the money came out of my account and wait extra for the order to get ready.
