However, the app won’t let me get into it anymore and just crashed. I tried deleting it and redownloading it but it claims my email isn’t in the Bet-U database. It won’t let me make a new account because my phone number is already attached to the account I had before. ### 1/5 — Cool app but…. *2025-10-09* App is cool but customer service is non existent. They say fast deposits and withdrawals. Deposits, of course.. withdrawals… another story. It would be easier to perform a root canal with no experience than get in contact with customer service. App has potential but it is very aggravating. I have shared it with a few people and I hope they don’t get angry with me due to the lack of your guys communication and withdrawals. Multiple attempts to contact customer support with no response. This app obviously shut down and kept everything; hasn’t even been any contests in months. Hopefully Parlingo makes a comeback somewhere else because it was actually pretty fun. Rest of the app looked like junk though. That was the whole reason I chose BetU over every other betting app. Now withdrawals take 5 days, and it honestly kills the entire experience. What makes it worse is the update saying “faster and more secure withdrawals,” but the fastest option got removed. Instant withdrawals made this app stand out please consider bringing it back.
