They happily took my money and let me place the bet without any verification. Then when the bet wins (only a small amount £40), the verification of account stuff kicks in. They just lock you out of the account. I had to go through support (including the bot questions) several times to get a resolution. Finally got verified and managed to get in the app a few days later. To be met with no signs of the free bets they falsely advertise. Now the App is showing a blank page on the sports page. Few things that are a bit irritating is that they have a “max stake” on certain bets, I’ve wanted to place £10 trebles and they basically say the max you can bet is £5.33 for example, Another thing is every time you close the app it logs you out, irritating logging back in everytime, seem fair with promotions and app runs smooth while using.
