After requesting a withdrawal, I was required to provide my online banking username and password through a third-party banking connection service. For security reasons, I was not comfortable sharing my banking credentials with any third party. I requested an alternative withdrawal method, such as PayPal or manual bank verification, as your Terms & Conditions state that alternative withdrawal arrangements may be made when the original withdrawal method is not possible. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive a satisfactory solution. Customer support was polite and professional, and I appreciate their efforts. However, the company’s withdrawal policy and lack of a reasonable alternative have left me extremely disappointed. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this platform to others. The welcome bonus looks very attractive at first, but the wagering requirements are far more demanding than they appear.
