I logged out and went back in the app I find out I got charged twice the $130 and customer service won’t do anything to help. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to use this app for betting . They claim the only way to release my funds is to verify my ID again. Fine, where can I SECURELY upload this? Oh it’s an email address, THE ONLY WAY. Email has never been secure, they claim it is but the protocol is inherently insecure. I asked for another method and was told to pound sand. I’m a stubborn person so I contacted my attorney general as well as the AZ gaming commission. Don’t give this sham of a company your hard earned money, because if you happen to win they will make it VERY inconvenient to cash out. Oh I forgot the best part! They never told me about this verification in the app so I’ve been waiting 2 months like an idiot until I finally emailed them. There are MANY better sites and apps.
