They refused to give my $250 sportsbook bonus because I live in the same household that had an existing account. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAMMERS! ### 1/5 — Hit or miss giving out bonuses *2023-01-16, version 1.1.21* I have experienced many times where they didnt give a bonus when they should have in my opinion. I usually bet because of their specials so its fustrating. Customer service pushes back with completely incorrect info. Such as they said the 49ers only scored 4 tds. When anyone who can read a box score can see thats wrong. They have good specials but it doesnt matter if they dont pay the bonus. They pay sometimes but in my opinion its not reliable. And why is it that i have to click like 4 or 5 ok boxes to login. Its appears they left the software in debug mode. Either way it is very unprofessional and cumbersome to login in and click ok 4 or 5 times ### 1/5 — DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! *2022-12-27, version 1.1.21* This is the worst gaming experience available in the NJ market. I’ve tried nearly all of them. The app is so buggy is effectively non-functional and it’s clear that they did nearly no user testing. Using this app for more that 5 minutes is a cruel and unusual punishment. To make it even worse, good look working with customer success to withdraw your money. It’s a nightmares nightmare. Also the first deposit bonus is hilarious with a 30x play through, what a bunch of clowns. Deleting my account immediately. To top it off I don’t think I won anything more than 2$ on my 1.50 spins. Impossible to win anything big. Make sure to read waging requirements when accepting a bonus. This is is the only casino that you need to wage 30x towards your deposit and bonus. So if you deposit $100 and they match your $100, your waging requirement is $6000. My fault I didn’t read and assumed the requirements would be the same as other casinos. What ticked me off is … I have accounts with a major Sportsbook in NJ. Dk, FD, MGM, Caesers, Williamhill, SugarHouse, etc. This team could not verify me for some odd reason and refuse to ask me for any documents. Please change the verification process. For instance, DraftKings allows users to upload a picture of their ID next to their face to verify. That would be something you should use to verify your customers. Zero stars! *2024-03-10* I’ve played on this app several times and only won once and it was a very small amount, you have no shot of winning especially anything above 50$ 🤦‍♀️ It was bad enough you didn’t have much of a shot at winning anything but now you have zero shot !! They had a pretty large selection of games so at least you had a lot of games to try and win something, all the sudden they took away majority of the games they now have a very small selection of slots so you literally have zero chance of winning anything, I decided to give it another try had I know ahead of time they got rid of like 70% of their slots I would have never even played I would have just deleted the app as I’m about to do now. I can’t comment on the sports part of this app because I have never used that however if you want to play on the casino I suggest you run fast to another one, unless you want to just donate your money to them 😡 I have no idea why in the world you would get rid of that many games I hate casinos with very limited slots . However, my complaint is about them LITERALLY TRYING TO STEAL MONEY because I hadn’t used the app in XYZ time. I got ONE warning about this, 40 days ago, indicating that if I did not login within 60 days they would consider my money forfeited. Well, they couldn’t wait 60 days, killing their chances to win in small claims court. DO NOT USE. I’m trying to post screenshots to show that I’m not lying. I did a parlay for $250 with no issues and lost. When I got the $250 free bet and tried to do another parlay their system wouldn’t allow it because it was over $194. Live chat customer support was useless and kept repeating the same thing that the system has limits. Funny how there was no limit when I used my own money. ### 1/5 — Complete Trash ! Last night I was trying to place a bet on the Celtics hawks playoff game. The game started at 8:30 so I logged on at 8:15 expecting to get my bet in on time. I was going to take hawks +10.5. By the time I was able to get through their terrible interface and have them finally accept my bet… it was 9:06. 51 minutes after I first logged in. I tried so many times to put my bet through but it kept giving me errors and kicking me out of the app. NOT TO MENTION BY THE TIME I LOGGED IN THE SPREAD HAD CHANGED TO +6.5 which is what they gave it to me with no heads up to me. They lost by 8. So because of their terrible interface I lost my bet.
