It didn’t work and when I asked their help desk about it. They were of no help. Basically just lying about a bonus and then not giving it to you. Upon re-entering the previously crashed slot I would find that my wager had been deducted but the bonus wasn’t waiting for me upon reloading. You can’t win here. There are no loyalty bonuses or any reward system of any kind. Most casinos let you earn free play as you play. This place does not and will not give you a cent for free even if you play thousands of dollars and straight lose. They set their slot payouts very low, bonuses you will rarely hit on games but when you do they pay next to nothing. Where as if you play the same game on a different casino you can see the difference in payouts. They do not offer chat for live support like they claim. It sends you to a form. No matter how much you play you can’t earn bonuses or loyalty. Other casinos have a loyalty program. This one has nothing. When you get free spins on a game the payout is extremely low vs playing the same slots on another casino. They reels will spin really fast or really slow or skip over big wins or bonuses. I play all the casino apps and this one has been pretty fair. ### 2/5 — Fine App, Terrible Policies *2023-05-29* The app’s fine, it looks and works just like most other casino apps. Being that this is gambling the app and the games within are highly regulated. Most of them come from a third party developer and you can find the same games here as on most other casino apps. Where it varies are the casino policies buried in the fine print, especially around bonuses. If you’re signing up planning on using the matching deposit, I would forget about it. This casino has 25x play through, higher then any casino I’ve ever seen. And it’s not just on the bonus the deposit too. I deposited $100 with a match and would’ve had to play $5,000 before anything could be withdrawn. If you go in to wave the bonus it’ll say your entire balance will be forfeited.
