## What is Between The Sets?

Between The Sets is a focused workout log for strength training.

Plan routines, log sets quickly, track progressive overload, and review your training history without fighting a cluttered interface. Adaptive guidance can suggest today's targets while letting you choose whether new sets start from the Adaptive Engine, your last workout, the previous set, or routine targets.

The app supports rest timers, personal records, routine planning, workout history, progress analytics, Apple Health integration, widgets, Live Activities, and Apple Watch workout support.

Built for lifters who want a calm, practical training companion between sets.
