I’ve been using this app for some time now and I LOVE it. It’s helped me learn so much about myself and even understand others on a deeper level. You basically talk about your thoughts and experiences, and it helps you understand your attachment style while giving great advice on how to grow. It guides you towards becoming a healthier version of yourself. I recommended to anyone trying to become more self aware and improve your relationships/self !
