It recorded my last weight as 34.6 pounds- off by 155 pounds. I have a GE scale that’s cheaper and connects every time. ### 3/5 — Scan and Save Needs Improvement *2026-05-26* I find myself doing manual inputs most of the time because the app has difficulty reading the screen of my device. OCR shouldn’t be this difficult in 2026. App functionality aside, it’s kinda scummy that the box shows a link to an app and a phone tapping the device. I needed a new BP monitor and got the Beurer Deluxe 600. Now, when I take my BP the readings don’t upload very often the first time. I have to wait and do another reading, and then hopefully they upload. Also, I have sounds on, and allow notifications on, but I do not get a sound and banner notification anymore. Wouldn’t recommend. ### 2/5 — Synchronizing *2026-04-07, version 1.20.1* Often comes up in errors. Only seems to be successful every one out of three weighs. My internet is good so obviously an app issue. Disappointing. ### 4/5 — Funktional aber mit mehreren Schwächen *2026-03-25* App und Anleitung könnten besser sein Ich habe mir das Gerät zur regelmäßigen Blutdruckkontrolle zugelegt und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden – mit ein paar Einschränkungen. Positiv: - Messwerte: Nach meiner Erfahrung sind die Werte konsistent und plausibel. Ich messe zur Sicherheit zweimal (und oft auch an beiden Handgelenken), und die Ergebnisse liegen eng beieinander. Neutral / Hinweis aus der Praxis: - Ich empfehle, grundsätzlich mindestens zwei Messungen durchzuführen und ggf. beide Handgelenke zu vergleichen, um Ausreißer auszuschließen. Negativ: - App: Funktional, aber sehr „minimalistisch“. Für einfache Nutzung okay, aber etwas mehr Komfort und Übersicht wären wünschenswert. - App (Detail): Fehlerhafte Messungen (z. B. falsche Position) werden zwar erkannt, sind in der Übersicht aber nicht sichtbar. Man muss jede Messung einzeln öffnen, um sie zu prüfen. Das ist unnötig umständlich und bei anderen Herstellern besser gelöst. - Dokumentation: Hier liegt für mich der größte Schwachpunkt. Viele Funktionen (z. B. Datenübertragung oder Export) sind schlecht oder gar nicht erklärt. Ich habe mir einiges durch Ausprobieren selbst erschließen müssen. Fazit: Das Gerät selbst überzeugt durch gute Messqualität, einfache Bedienung und ein starkes Display. Wer jedoch eine perfekt ausgearbeitete App und eine wirklich hilfreiche Anleitung erwartet, wird etwas enttäuscht sein. Useless.. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Pairing Issues *2026-07-06, version 1.21.0* Took a while to have the info uploaded to the app but after a few months, I’ve suddenly had pairing issues between scales and app. Numbers appearing along the screen then having to go through a lengthly process trying to resolve it. I don’t recommend this product. ### 1/5 — Total garbage as an app *2026-05-19, version 1.20.2* Loses synchronisation constantly and needs to be reconnected every day. It used to work a bit but has become useless ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing, can’t use app *2026-05-10, version 1.20.2* Initially I loved this app. Paired easily with scales. And use for other things- blood pressure machine, thermometer etc. worked for a couple months - but now and for the last 5/6 weeks - it’s crashed literally every single time I open the app. Beyond frustrating!!!! Is not transferring weight measurements because it crashes upon opening. I close it, reopen, same thing. Do that a few times then get sick of it. If it opening enough to try to sync - after it’s crashed multiple times - it then comes up wth ‘error’ - and crashes again!!!!!! This used to be a great app - but given that it crashes every single time I open it, can’t sync, it’s lost past weight, BP & temp measurements that I did have in it - it’s essentially useless now. Really disappointed. Will delete & just keep a manual record of all measurements now. ### 1/5 — It never connects *2026-04-08, version 1.20.1* It never connects via Bluetooth it’s really frustrating as my weight scales is saying full but can’t transfer data to the app therefore cannot use my scales. ### 1/5 — Schlecht programmiert *2026-03-29* Nutze IPhone 12 Pro mit IOS 26 und die Waage BF720 zusammen mit dieser App. Wenn sich das IPhone mit der Waage über Bluetooth verbindet, dann hat man schon ein Problem. iOS verhindert dann den Austausch der Daten. Also die Verbindung kappen und unbedingt das Handy neu starten, die App darf sich nur direkt mit der Waage verbinden, nicht über den Umweg über das IPhone/ IOS. Dann muss bei jeder neuen Messung die App zuerst geschlossen werden, wenn die vorher im Hintergrund lief, werden keine Daten übertragen. Dann immer zuerst die App öffnen, dann nicht einfach auf die Waage stellen, sondern zuerst einmal kurz antippen, warten, dann draufzugehen. Und so weiter und so fort. Wer all das nicht beachtet, hat ein Problem. Benutzerfreundlichkeit definiere ich anders, war kurz davor, das Gerät zurückzuschicken. Meine Meinung: die App ist schlecht programmiert, weil schlecht in IOS integriert, stattdessen blockiert IOS tendenziell eher die App. Fallstricke über Fallstricke. Vielleicht doch besser zukünftig ein WLAN-Gerät kaufen, eine Waage mit Bluetooth würde ich bei Beurer nicht mehr kaufen, weil die App bei dieser Konstellation einfach sehr schlecht ist. **Developer response:** Hallo Sokasai, vielen Dank für Ihre Rezension. While the number makes me feel good, it’s horribly inaccurate ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-02-21* This app would be great if it actually worked. It refuses to connect to Bluetooth to transfer the data. Only way I can get it to work is if I delete the device from the app and reset it back up from scratch each and every time I want to connect the the app to have it record my readings. I shouldn’t have to do this every single time. Initial setup should be the only time. I’ll be switching to a different brand once I have the extra money to buy a new device. I won’t be reaching out to Beurer, it’s not my job to do unpaid testing on their app. ### 1/5 — Não atualiza *2026-01-19, version 1.19.0* Tenho uma balança BF600 e depois desta atualização com a troca do antigo software, nunca mais o app atualiza com a balança no momento da pesagem, só dias depois e às vezes nunca. Viele interessante Daten und ein übersichtlicher Verlauf. Wenn die Verbindung zwischen Handy und Waage verloren geht liegt es im Regelfall an den Batterien. Die App und das Gerät sind leicht zu verstehen und zu handhaben. ### 5/5 — Funktioniert auch mit Apple Health *2025-10-24* Die App hat auf Anhieb funktioniert, die Synchronisierung mit der Waage funktioniert einwandfrei. Auch das scannen des Blutdruckmessgerätes funktioniert problemlos. Ganz selten verwechselt es mal 1 und 7. Für mich das Beste, was den meisten anderen Tracking Apps fehlt: Der Health Manager schreibt die Daten auch in Apple Health. So ist man flexibel, falls man doch mal eine andere App verwenden möchte. Weiter so! ### 5/5 — Jetzt ist es eine gute App. *2025-07-01* Nach einigem Hin und Her und nettem Support, überträgt die App endlich alle Daten auch an Apple Health.
