The lowest setting is 10% and the least offensive sound is the bird noise, but even that gets a bit much on a loop. ### 2/5 — Lacking functionality *2026-02-28, version 3.1* Very simple features available. Would be incredible if a few extra options like a on timer was available, and also if a default mood colour could be set. Eg. Switch on in the morning and gradually increase until a certain time. Man kann die Prozente (Helligkeit) einstellen aber man braucht dort auch vier Geduld, denn mit Wurstfingern funktioniert das nicht so gut. Which becomes annoying after a while. If app is used, the display sometimes corrects and displays an actual valid time (or radio station, etc). Otherwise invalid characters are a nuisance. Wie in anderen Rezensionen schon beschrieben, gibt es auch bei mir immer wieder das Problem, dass sich z.B. die Helligkeit auf „0“ verstellt und/oder die Lautstärke/ Weckzeit etc. verstellt. Warum ist das immer noch nicht zuverlässig? Sonst eigentlich ein gutes Gerät, aber es nervt unsagbar, wenn man sich nicht darauf verlassen kann, auch geweckt zu werden… ### 3/5 — White noise stops after an hour. :( *2024-06-11, version 3.0* This app generally covers all the basics, but it is truly unfortunate that it requires a timer on the sleep aide soundtracks, and that timer can not go past one hour, which isn’t even a full REM cycle. It’s mating season for some kind of bird that has been announcing itself outside my window from 5am to 7:30 am for the past week. I need the white noise to help mask that blasted bird’s mating calls, without waking up at five, then 6, then 7 to turn the white noise back on, and there is no programming logic reason I can think of that the app should require a timer. I’d give it a full five stars if it just let me use the advertised product functionality for a full night’s sleep. I hope that they make an update to let us just turn it on and leave it running, but it’s been like two years sincei downloaded it, and no dice. :/ ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — PLEASE ADD SCHEDULED ON/OFF FUNCTION *2026-04-07, version 3.1* I am begging you to add such possibility to set a schedule. The lamp simply isn’t worth such a high price for what the app offers. Please think about making some changes. ### 1/5 — Do something about wake up light! *2025-12-28, version 3.1* There is absolutely no way to turn on that option. There is a loading animation on the screen all the time. Shouldn’t be like that! ### 1/5 — Ständig Verbindungsfehler *2025-03-30, version 3.0* Die Lampe ist OK. Die App ungenügend: allein dafür würde ich gerne 0 Sterne vergeben. Die mit Abstand schlechteste App, die ich jemals verwendet habe. Die meiste Zeit kann es sich entweder nicht verbinden (“Verbindung fehlgeschlagen”) oder verliert die Verbindung. Besonders ärgerlich, wenn man deswegen den Alarm nicht ausschalten kann. Momentan kann ich noch nicht einmal nach Minuten eine Verbindung aufbauen. Funktioniert also gar nicht. The app was terrible back then but it functioned are you uninstalled it for a couple of years and here I am today trying it again but now I can’t even add a device it just gets stuck on a loading screen. I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting steps that ordinary tech support would try. Waking up with it makes morning so much easier and you are not jolted awake. BUT the app is terrible. Often refuses to connect and I have to unplug and plug it back in to get the Bluetooth to work. After the latest update you can no longer choose to have 0% volume on the sound. Considering the price of this light and the fact you can really only operate it fully using the app, I would not recommend at all. The Bluetooth connection was so poor that I had to be right next to the clock for it to work. The app often wouldn’t save my changes and was very slow. The new update looks sleek and works much better. It’s a lot faster and I can actually set my alarm and turn the light on/ off from the next room! I’m so pleased!! Before this I couldn’t justify the £120 price tag (even though I got it half price) because although the clock itself is great, the app was a huge let down.
