The user interface is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Nothing is intuitive and very little works. When the graphic screen (where after 3 days of use I have never seen any graphics or numbers) says synchronising and you return after one hour and nothing has changed and you still cannot see the data from the previous night, something is seriously wrong with the apps functionality. REWRITE THIS APP AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. ### 1/5 — Fails to do basics, wipes historic data *2019-06-24, version 1.5* This app is a good concept, and the settings function is ok, but the reporting - crucial - is not. Dates shift, time of day is scrambled (I wore it one night and got reports running to 1100 and again from 2 to 4 pm...), but most seriously, each synch seems to destroy all previous records, negating the ability to track progress. No real testing / QA function would ever have passed this, so how is it out there? ### 1/5 — Useless aid! *2019-06-02, version 1.5* Bought this in the hope we could sort snore problems. Ear piece hurts to wear..... and does not work!!! Does not record consistently and then loses data. Almost nothing about it works. I can’t see the statistics for each day. The calendar is wrong with the wrong dates for the month, with March having only 28 days. Can’t set the calendar nor the time. Time seems to be locked into ET time zone. The export feature is the only thing that seems to be working decently where I can actually see the nightly data. Jetzt habe ich beschlossen, es erneut zu verwenden, aber die App funktioniert einfach nicht. Es markierte nur einen Tag der Nutzung und nicht mehr. It would also be nice if it rated the quality of your sleep and showed how many times you changed position and the times spent in each position. This app only shows how many minutes and hours that you spent in being awake and the duration of your sleep. The information that it gives about snoring is how loud it is and how many times per hour and even that’s wrong because it always says one or two snores per hour. I don’t even know if it’s doing anything because I have not yet heard or felt the vibration. All the app that has all the features that I was talking about is available on the Sleeplus app but the Beauer device doesn’t work on that app. ### 1/5 — A waste of money *2023-01-01, version 1.8* The app doesn’t work, the mask doesn’t connect to Bluetooth on an iPhone XR, and now after only a few uses the mask no longer detects snoring. Was mich etwas stört, ist die Bedienung der App. Um von der Tages Ansicht in die Grafik zu kommen, muss ich über das Haupt Menü gehen.
