## What is Bevor?

Bevor is a straightforward gym log built for people who actually train. No clutter, no social feed, no distractions, just your workouts, your numbers, and your progress. Here's how:

• Log every session – Track sets, reps, weights, and notes in seconds. Build custom plans and organize them by muscle group, exactly how you train.

• See your full history - Every workout is saved automatically. Look back on any session, any exercise, any date.

• Beat your own records - Bevor's name says it all: Beat Every Record. Track weight changes over time for any exercise and know the moment you hit a new PR.

• Stay consistent - Your weekly training streak keeps you honest. See how many weeks in a row you've shown up.

• Train with a rhythm - A built-in rest timer keeps your sessions on track between sets, so you can focus on lifting instead of watching the clock.

• Attach photos and notes - Capture your form, your setup, or a quick reminder for next time, right on the exercise.

• Export your training - Turn any plan into a clean PDF, ready to print or share.

• Sync across your devices - With Bevor Pro, your data follows you to iCloud, always backed up, always in sync.

Bevor includes both a free version and a subscription version with premium features.

You can subscribe and pay on the App Store, using your Apple ID. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the 'Manage Subscription' page in settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription. The subscription will renew at the same cost.
