## What is Bewijsje?

Bewijsje helps personal and business users organise receipts, invoices and important mail. Scan documents, check recognised details and keep track of outstanding invoices, due dates and warranties. Share documents and photos with someone you invite to the same household. New users start with their own empty household. Mail stays local unless you choose to share it. Bewijsje does not replace complete bookkeeping, professional review or statutory accounting and retention obligations. The first 7 days from first launch are free, with no automatic conversion to paid use. Afterwards, a monthly subscription requires a separate Apple purchase confirmation. Apple displays the current total price and term before purchase. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through your Apple Account. ## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.6.6 — 2026-10-22

New welcome screen and updated terms for personal and business use. Clearer information about free access, monthly subscriptions, cancellation, the cooling-off period and withdrawal through Apple.

### 2.6.5 — 2026-10-12

Updated English screenshots on the App Store.

### 2.6.4 — 2026-09-29

Premium has been removed: every feature is available during the first 7 days. Afterwards, a monthly subscription is required to continue using Bewijsje. Add Person now uses the standard iOS share sheet, allowing invitations to be sent directly through WhatsApp, Messages, Mail or another app. New users always start with their own empty household.

### 2.6.2 — 2026-09-27

Receipts and invoices can now be fully edited or deleted. Update the amount, store, date, category, payment details and more. Deletion also works during a temporary connection problem and is synchronized automatically later. Editing of private mail has also been expanded.

### 2.6.1 — 2026-09-19

You can now correct or completely remove an incorrectly recognized amount from personal mail. You can also indicate afterwards that a letter does not require payment; it will then disappear from ‘To pay’. Loading reliability and sign-in error messages have also been improved.
