No one will reply to emails or calls. No ticketing system or no support. High risk of having funds with them. Not recommended. It tells you that remittances is free or there is an offer but as soon as you apply offer it doesn’t send money or your transaction fails. But if you pay transfer fees then it will process immediately. One star for fooling people for remittances. ### 1/5 — Something Wrong *2026-03-15, version 1.42.7* After an update there is something wrong, it doesn’t show the balance and I can’t send my money home. It’s always an error. I tried to wait for 6hrs to try again cause maybe it’s only from bad connection, and i tried it again. Did multiple follow-ups on the email but no response. After three days on my follow up call it was informed that the transaction is cancelled and funds will be credited back to my originating bank in 5 to 7 workings days. Pathetic service. Quality concerns- 1. Why no response to the customer for three days. 2. Why the transaction was cancelled without proper reason. 3. After all this why the refund will take so much time of 5 to 7 workings days. Thats also from a money exchange. After I communicated with customer support, they assisted me very nicely until the money was returned to my account.
