You get plenty of warnings about being careful what you’re doing but the app doesn’t make things simpler. I can’t add nicknames to my accounts which makes it really difficult when I have shared accounts with others. I’m expected to remember my parents’ account numbers to make sure I’m doing transactions correctly. To do that, I have to write down their account numbers outside of the secure app! Transaction limits are clunky too. It lets you get all the way to the end of a transaction before it says your daily limit is too low. So you have to go all the way back to settings to adjust the limit, then do all the transaction steps again, then go back and reduce your limit again! Why not ask if I want to do the one-off higher transfer and use my Face ID or app PIN to confirm it’s me? They closed my accounts on me without notifying me at all and left me stuck when I needed to pay for fuel! Called them up just to get told they can close my account at at time they feel without needing to notify me first and also without any reason, customer service was rubbish oh and to top it off they kept what money I had in my account prior to them closing the account also, due to the fact I don’t have a valid drivers license at the time to show, even though it wasn’t required when I originally opened my account and wouldn’t accept my birth certificate again as a proof of identification like they did when I first applied for the account and they accepted it as valid identification, they are thief’s and wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemies plain and simple as they will rob you and leave you stranded without a care or need to notify you about anything first!!!!! If I could give a star rating it would be negative 100 highly don’t recommend!!!! ### 1/5 — Technical *2026-01-17, version 4.8* I have tried to solve a problem with the technical difficulty of my card being blocked however Beyond staff has given me wrong information and I’m still trying to deal with it.
