Also, revamping your rewards system, I see you’ve added more options recently but the amount of points you get to a dollar still remains the same which is the main issue. At one point I was eating here everyday and the amount of points I was getting compared to the amount I was spending on a day to day basis was quite discouraging and disappointing to say the least. I love Beyond, I work at a mall and would literally eat it every single day and that’s not an exaggeration, if only the App offered more payment options and had a better rewards system. Other than that, everything else about it is absolutely perfect in my book! ### 2/5 — App needs updating *2023-05-11* Wouldn’t load while ordering ### 2/5 — App is messy. *2022-11-08, version 2.29.0* adds are huge and obnoxious, have to re enter card information at least 10x before it reads it as valid. would be nice to know when the order is ready to be picked up! just not as convenient as I expected ### 3/5 — Pop-Ups Are Annoying *2022-06-02* App is good overall, but what makes it really annoying is every time I open it and go to place an order, an ad pops up on the entire screen with whatever promo they have going, which is easy to accidentally click when I just want to place my order. ### 2/5 — Please stop upselling *2021-01-29, version 2.21.0* This app slows down my ordering process by making go back into my selections and click “NO” to solicitations for upselling. “No” I don’t want to add vitamin C. “No” I do not want to add a cup of soup. It does this when you are “reordering” a previous order - which is a feature that should be super convenient, but the experience is ruined by annoying upselling. And it wastes the user’s time. ### 1/5 — Cannot get rid of notifications *2020-04-14, version 1.1.2* Notifications show up at the badge level and no matter how many times I click it closed, it won’t go away from the badge level. I tried turning notifications settings off inside the app itself, but whenever I relaunch the app, they turn back on automatically. I had to turn them off within my phone settings. Also, there’s no place in the app to send any feedback or ask for any help. Plus, there are several things that appear clickable, but then don’t navigate anywhere. ### 1/5 — App N/A to North Oakland County *2020-04-07, version 1.1.2* Downloaded app as suggestion from a local misinformed tv channel.
