Only half way through, still a way to go. This one was pleasantly surprising. I even watched all the scenes without skipping. Defo caught my attention. Wasn't sure I'd like it at first (I was afraid it was going to be one of those, "Let's pretend we're flying an alien spacecraft"--it isn't.) It's heartwarming and a welcome break from magical games, the main characters aren't constantly concerned with "Destiny!" I liked the visuals, they have a "clean" look to them. Kind of quirky, don't know how else to explain it--the puzzles aren't the same old, same old. (There are no random tuning forks lying around that you use to break a random glass item, for example. An annoying cliche in current games that I'm pretty sure wouldn't work unless the fork was tailored for the specific item you want to break, and how likely is it that you'd find THAT lying around? But I digress.) Kind of an homage to 50s sci-fi movies. ### 4/5 — Very pretty but not hard *2016-12-22* Gorgeous. It is definitely rare to find a sci-fi themed hidden object game. So in terms of what it gets right and really what led to my score - the puzzles. They were unique, challenging and enjoyable. It was a great balance of different types and varying skills. The story is old school and borders on cliche but somehow manages to serve more as an homage to sci-fi of past that a trite redo. One issue to mention - while it was updated recently the game definitely still has the look of older games. It does lack the crispness you see in more modern graphics. I have the receipt for this game on 5th November 2021. It now won’t let me play. Loads of my big fish games now unplayable and nobody will sort it out. And I can’t skip. Sad, this is not the first time I have had to stop game due to game not recognizing touch screen. Each scene has a long unnecessary dialogue. I was begging for stuff to do other than tapping my screen to get through the story. Puzzles were fair at best and HO seemed to be the same over and over. The most annoying part of this game was you had to tap all over the screen to find out what to do next and all it would say is “what should I do here?”. Map was useless because it wouldn’t let you jump to another location without a charged “blink”.
