스키즈 팬미팅 라이브로 보려고 가입하고 결제했는데 일정 알림도 안 와서 마지막 30분 정도 봤어요. 리스트리밍이라도 해도 고해상도 1800p 이상으로는 끊겨서 볼 수도 없고 최저 해상도로도 중간중간 멈춰서 노래만 들었어요. 그렇게 송출해 놓고는 바로 동영상을 중단 시키는 건 뭔가요. 심지어 구매내역에서는 내가 구입한 영상으로 바로 연결도 안 됩니다. 샤이니 VOD는 좀 낫겠거니 싶어서 구입했는데 그것도 중간중간 멈춰요. 심지어 새벽 시간에 봤는데도 멈춥니다. 팬을 호구 취급하는 것도 적당히 하세요.

뭐 이딴게 다있노? 스키즈 팬미팅 라이브 봐야되는데 회원가입해야된다길래 카카오톡으로 인증서 발급받아서 인증확인까지 다 했는데도 계속 처음화면으로 돌아가서 카톡 인증서 삭제하고 다시 발급받아서 씨발10분동안 열두번 다시 시도했는데 계속 처음화면으로 돌아감ㅋㅋ 결국 스키즈 팬미팅라이브 보지도못함ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㄴㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 별좆같은앱때문에 스키즈 못보는게 좆빡쳐서 1:1 문의에다가 욕좀 박으려니까 또 로그인을 해야 이용할수있다네 와우^^대단하십니다씨발 로그인이 안돼서 문의를 하려는데 로그인을 하라니 대가리에문제있냐? 왜 회원가입이 안되는지 영문도 모른채로 평생 스키즈 라이브는 보지도 못하는 신세가 돼버린 나는 어떻게해야되냐??

공연을 작은 화면으로 보고싶은사람이 몇명이나 될까요... 웹사이트에 뭐 크롬캐스트나 에어플레이 사용방법이 나와있던데, 전부 다 앱 내에서 할수있는게 아닌 크롬으로 우회해서 보는거아닙니까...
뭐 무료로 보는 공연도 아니고 적지 않은 돈을 주고 컨텐츠 구매하는건데, 이정도 앱 환경도 구축하지 않아두는거면 그냥 팬들 호구 장사하는것 아닌가요? 
제일 빠르게 발전해야할 컨텐츠사업을 이렇게 구시대적으로 운영하는게 맞나 싶습니다...

아니 홈페이지로 들어가면 vod 볼 수 있는데 왜 앱에선 못보는 거죠? 애초에 로그인 하고 다른 공연들도 터치가 안 되고 홈페이지랑 다르게 만들고 구매 내역도 확인이 안 되고 앱 왜 만든지 일도 모르겠고ㅋㅋㅋ 렉도 너무 심해요 리얼리티 vod 홈페이지로 보면 밑에 네이버나 구글은 창 떠서 너무 거슬리고. 제 핸드폰만 어플이 이상한건지 너무 짜증나요

For awareness, VOD can be watched only through their website. I too prefer to AirPlay to my TV instead of watching on small screens. Very disappointing.

安くないお金を払ってみているのに1分も安定して見ることができません。
暗くなって見れなくなり音も止まります。
せめて画質を変更できるようにしてくれれば改善されるのかもしれません。

So I bought the tickets for the EXO Fan Live event for their debut anniversary recently and I was so excited to see them together (even if it was only five of them). I have the app on my phone and everything is fully updated. Rather than watching the lives on my phone or computer, I prefer using some sort of screen mirroring option like AirPlay in order to watch the lives on my tv (as I’ve done for many BTS concerts on Weverse). But for some reason, I get so many errors when using AirPlay to stream from Beyond Live. I tried using the app, my browser, I reset my phone, the tv, everything. But for some reason, only the audio goes through, but not the video. You could argue that I could just watch it on my phone or computer, but it’s just inconvenient to not have the option to screen mirror in my opinion. I feel like if there were a separate application for tvs like there is for Vlive, the whole thing would be much simpler. Another option would just be to fix this issue altogether. I’ve tried searching online for reasons as to why this might be happening, but there are absolutely no answers or similar occurrences, so I don’t really know what to do or think about the whole thing.

The app doesn’t boot up until I change my system language to Korean. During the live stream, there are obviously 2 unsynced sound tracks playing at the same time. Even when I pause the video, the other sound track was still playing and won’t stop until I close the app.

Why will I pay for a concert in this app that doesn’t work on Apple TV? I’m paying for the concert to watch it on my 65 inch TV. I won’t pay for a ticket to see it on the phone. Makes no sense. You guys are ridiculous.

なんだこの脆弱アプリ。
課金配信アプリなのだからせめて課金分のサービスは確実に使えるものにして欲しい。最悪です。

ライブ当日は自宅ではなくケーブル無料レンタル付きルームで友達と鑑賞したので良かったのですが、うっかりよく読まずストリーミング再生付きチケットを購入していて、後日自宅でChromecastで見ようとしたらどうやらiPhoneからだと Chromecastは対応していなかったようでㅠㅠ
今時他アプリでは大体iPhoneでもChromecastでテレビ画面で観れるのに、なぜ？？
どうかiPhoneのiOSでもChromecast使えるようにして下さい！！！

I’ve used a lot of different streaming platforms to watch online concerts and this is by far, THE BEST, out of all there is. Stable servers even if you have bad or slow internet connection. I once watched an online concert on my phone using my mobile data and everything was perfect. I have never experienced any technical difficulties with this service. No lagging, no sudden changing of video quality, sound comes out great, and I’ve never had to refresh the website. Truly a great streaming platform!

This is by far the most stable platform for online concerts. Not to mention the outstanding technology invested in making the shows so successful. SM has gone above and beyond to make the concerts from their artists exceptional with the use of AI, too. I’m happy other companies are using and investing in this platform, too. 

My only request for now is to have an app developed for Apple TV. That would make me super happy, in addition to what we know they’re already working on.

Since VLive is ending it’s service, I’m happy that Beyond Live decided to make a separate streaming platform for the lives. Although it’s unfortunate that you can’t transfer your purchases from VLive just yet. Anyway, great app, I hope new features are added soon.

The first time I used the new beyond live app/website was for Stray Kids Maniac Tour live stream.  I logged in using Facebook and everything was fine.  I went to sign in today using Facebook and it tells the app administrator does not allow access.  I’m hoping this gets fixed so I can rewatch the concert on the 28th of may.  This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars otherwise it let me login last week with no problem.

구글 아이디로 계속 사용중인데 지난달부터 로그인이 안되서 어플 삭제하고 다시 깔아도 마찬가지에요
갤럭시나 컴퓨터에서는 로그인이 되고 영상도 볼 수 있는데 아이폰만 로그인이 안 돼요
1:1 문의 남기려해도 로그인이 안되어 있다며 글을 쓸 수가 없네요
