I wish I was aware of this Device (APP) years ago! I just discovered it was available last year! And it works for me better than in person consultations. I don’t leave home without it! I use it all the time even when I am traveling.when I feel a Anxiety attack coming on I go to my Beyond MST Tools and turn on different exercises! Thank you for Caring’🙏

I like how you can decide what you want to work on and it gives you the ability to save information between therapy or healthcare appointments so as not to forget. Good app and it’s got a feature to sue a pin so you can safely use it.
