Hate the app. *2018-08-07, version 1.2.2* Buttons are horribly unresponsive, even at the biggest scale. Ads are ridiculously persistent and don’t always come with a way to close them. Do yourself a favor and buy an actual genesis with an actual copy of the game. ### 3/5 — Good game ported poorly *2018-05-24, version 1.1.0* The original game was good, especially for the Sega genesis that’s pretty much only known for sonic. However, trying to port a game like this where you need to quickly react to an attack doesn’t work on a mobile device, particularly on my iPhone SE. This game is just ad after ad after ad. Any time you tap on something, there’s another ad. It’s free initially but asks you to buy $1.99 upgrade to go ad free. I did. No ads. But game doesn’t save. Once I am done wrapping up my session I click save. I wash the ad, it closes out and it seems like it saves. However, that is basically just a sham.I go to load the game again and not only does it not save, I still have to watch an ad to end up at the second SEGA screen.
