It is a wonderful app. I strongly recommend the meditation.I did the guided meditation and it was truly amazing.
Next I am going to do the breathing am sure it is as good as the meditation

Being a three times cancer survivor I can genuinely say that true the breathing tutorial I have managed to improve my breathing! My breath is so much better and I feel less fatigued when I get active!!
