## What is BeyondClaim?

BeyondClaim is severe weather intelligence for a single property address. Enter an address and get a confidence-scored history of the severe weather that hit it — drawn from five years of NEXRAD radar plus live events going forward — and export it as a PDF you can attach to a claim file.

Built for roofing contractors, adjusters, and appraisers who need defensible evidence, not guesses. "No qualifying events in five years" is a valid, defensible answer, rendered as clearly as a hit.

WHAT YOU CAN CHECK AT ANY TEXAS ADDRESS
• Hail, wind, and tornado (they co-occur on radar)
• Hurricane track data
• Winter: snow, ice, and freezing-rain events
• Flood: stream-gauge readings and storm-event records

HOW IT WORKS
1. Enter a property address — we resolve it to a parcel-level point so the radar match is precise.
2. BeyondClaim runs every storm category against five years of history.
3. Review a confidence-scored timeline of events on an interactive storm map.
4. Export a PDF report for your claim file.

HONEST STATUS
Public beta, currently Texas only, with five years of radar history and live coverage going forward. Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Florida are planned.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use the addresses you check to train AI models.
