I literally can NOT use this app with any efficiency due to the absurd limitations on zoom display of jump clients. I’ve used countless other utilities that all have perfectly workable zoom functions (and have had them for a decade or more). Even the desktop version is difficult to view comfortably. It’s “okay” on displays 24” or larger, but even on my 15” mbp I often need to use my phone to magnify screen content. ### 3/5 — Product is great, until it’s not. Stop breaking it with updates! *2025-11-10* You can’t take a feature away without letting anyone know and then be completely unresponsive when we report it. The “tickets” we put in are never answered and the escalation team never does anything. The product is genius and is fantastic, but come on support, you’ve got to reply when your updates break something that was working great previously. ### 2/5 — Latest update *2025-09-22* App was good before. Latest update with new ui design causes the keyboard not to display the F functions at top of keyboard. I have several technicians all saying the same thing. For some reason too it’s taking longer for the app to update the directory list and I have to wait for all the locations to appear. Probably longer than that. Time to get with the program. VMWare Horizon works like a champ with trackpad, as does Microsoft RDP, and I believe TeamViewer. The right click is not working at all. Please fix. ### 1/5 — Close to useless *2023-07-23* You can’t use finger or stylus to control anything. You have to literally move the onscreen mouse cursor to control users’ computers. And most of the times it is not responding even though you move the cursor to it. For example, you can’t just tap the X or use the stylus to click on it to close the Windows Explorer or any open Windows, you have to move the on screen cursor to the X then tap on it to close it. And most of the time it is just not responding. Works fine in the web and from the pc rep console, but this app just shows nothing… I wish Bomgar wouldn’t have sold to them. Their whole suite is a clunky broken mess, and their support are professionals at sending you kb articles that have nothing to do with the issue you have. ### 1/5 — Cannot Sign In *2026-03-12, version 3.1.10* I cannot even sign in because of the way our MS MFA system works. There is no option to open the SAML login view from an external browser. ### 1/5 — Remote support Issue *2025-11-13, version 3.1.9* They took away the keyboard making the app extremely difficult to use. ### 1/5 — Enterprise Pricing, Amateur Support *2025-11-10* Enjoy it when it works, because once an update rolls out, something always breaks — and BeyondTrust takes zero accountability to fix it. Despite signing a multi-year enterprise contract, we’ve been left with months of downtime, empty promises, and a complete lack of ownership. Support has become a revolving door of untrained reps who treat every call like a brand-new ticket, ask for the same information repeatedly, and never follow up. Two months later, the issue remains unresolved, and the silence from their escalation and development teams speaks volumes. For a company charging premium prices and marketing itself as an enterprise-grade solution, this level of service is unacceptable. Reliability and accountability clearly aren’t priorities for BeyondTrust anymore. ### 1/5 — Unable to use command shortcuts *2025-10-16, version 3.1.9* Cannot use function shortcuts when opening the keyboard.
