### 3/5 — The platforms

*2026-07-10, version 1.88*

While Bezel has plenty of watches available the prices are higher than on other platforms. There is also now way to offer bids on watches that don’t meet reserve price. Also no way to make comments or ask seller questions. I lime the quantity of watches available on Bezel but like the platform on Grailzee so much better.

### 2/5 — Filters don’t work

*2026-06-12, version 1.86*

hard to search. Filters useless, probably deliberate.

### 4/5 — Great app but auctions are a lie

*2026-05-24, version 1.85*

Don’t get me wrong, this app is amazing for watches and watch lovers. However, the auctions are a lie. All but a small number of auctions have reserves. A lot of the auctions don’t go through because the seller sets their reserve price to market. So the only purchases that go through, are the only ones hitting market price or a higher than market, only benefits the seller.

### 2/5 — Auctions are repeatedly disappointing

*2026-04-04, version 1.82*

App quality and performed is nice, but most actions “do not meet the reserve price,” which is never displayed.

It’s rather frustrating as a buyer to get notified of an auction for a watch you want, and as you follow it, bid, and observe the auction to conclusion , all bidders find out that the reserve price was not even met…

I want to buy my dream watch, but this experience is consistently a total waste of my time.

Be transparent in the reserve price - it’s better for the seller, and respects the buyer’s time.

### 5/5 — Way out of my budget

*2026-01-20*

Genuinely perfect app and what sounds like outstanding services. I just wish there were any watches under 4 digits. Maybe the ability to petition for brands or upload info on your own. Would love to see Stirling, Resco Even Vintage military. I’d like to be able to manage and be proud of a collection not just because it costs as much as a home, but because it has history and meaning greater than monetary value.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-12-13, version 1.76*

An easy, no-stress way to buy a watch. 10/10 :-)

### 4/5 — Estimate price

*2025-12-02, version 1.76*

I liked the approximate expected sale price listed in the auction details. That feature was helpful to gauge a fair value

### 5/5 — Purchase

*2025-10-31, version 1.75*

Easy to deal with.

### 5/5 — Thorough and honest authentication

*2025-09-14, version 1.73*

Bought a watch on here that was advertised as unworn. David from Bezel got back to me to let me know that the watch was not as advertised. I was very impressed by the transparency of the whole process and responsiveness from David. I will definitely be purchasing again with Bezel. They have earned my trust.

### 5/5 — Amazing App and Service

*2025-06-30, version 1.70*

Ordered a Rolex through Bezel and the service was amazing. They authenticated my watch, updated me along the way and shipped it insured overnight once it was complete, with a certificate. Will be using again for sure. If you want a $150 discount they gave me a code - MAXVOLEK

### 5/5 — Bezel

*2025-04-24*

I’ve bought and sold multiple watches on Bezel. By far the best experience in the watch world. Their concierge team is top notch. I typically work with Blake, he was out sick for a few days when I had a watch live at auction. I had a question about performance and instead of radio silence (which is what I receive from most other marketplaces the majority of the time) another member of the concierge team jumped in and answered my questions immediately.

In terms of the actual app. Can somebody please point me to a better shopping and browsing experience out there? It seems like they actually thought about what they were building instead of just telling some random developer to make their website into an app.

### 1/5 — Skeptical/Possible Fraudulant

*2026-07-02, version 1.87*

I’ve had 2 attempts at purchasing a watch from Bezel:

1. I attempted to purchase a watch and received no response for several days. After talking to support, it turned out the watch had already been sold and was no longer for purchase.

2. I bid on an auction. This is where I’m suspicious of this app/company. I made a bid, and was immediately informed I was outbid. I made a second bid and was immediately informed I was out bid. I thought that’s off, there were no new bids for 8 hours on this watch but when I bid twice in 5 minutes - there was suddenly more bids. So I tried a third time, and sure enough, immediately outbid.

I don’t trust this place and once I received my bid deposit back I’m deleting the app. Scammers

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2026-06-09, version 1.86*

Slow support, untrusted sellers

### 1/5 — Too many scams

*2026-01-22, version 1.77.2*

First time using the platform and I got a scam. Use other platforms

### 1/5 — Buyer Beware!!!

*2025-12-13, version 1.76*

Absolutely terrible experience with Grailzee. If you’re looking for a reputable auction site do not use Grailzee. Pushy sales rep kept calling me to make the deal go through. Once I agreed and wired over $13,000 dollars they have been complete ghost. No idea where the watch is it’s been 4 days and I can’t get ahold of anyone.

### 1/5 — No reason

*2025-09-12, version 1.73*

Tried to buy a Rolex for myself, and got a message saying my account got flagged by “fraud prevention” system but won’t specify how or why. Granted I’m a new user on the account and was gonna be my first purchase.

### 1/5 — Terrible experience

*2025-07-25, version 1.71*

I paid $6K for a watch that I negotiated with a private seller. Payment went through on my AmEx. I woke up the next day with a message that their fraud protection department cancelled the transaction. No explanation, just told me that next time I should “wire” the money. Not a chance I would wire money to you! That’s the whole point of AmEx, to protect me from you!! Then no contact after I complained. Terrible customer service!

### 1/5 — Auction feature is crooked.

*2025-04-26, version 1.67.1*

saw the same bidder bid twice consecutively.. platform is not preventing seller to corrupt. also so many higher bids happen at the same minute… fairness is very questionable…

### 1/5 — Rigged auctions

*2025-04-19, version 1.67.1*

Not sure if Bezel does it in purpose (I don’t think so), but they don’t do anything to prevent the rigged auction.
I placed a bid for a Rolex and was wining for over a week (this after back and forth with other bidders). Then a few minutes before the bid ended, someone out bid me, fair and square so far, seconds after the bid ended that watch was for sale.
Resellers have the AD market rigged and apparently they are also trying to rig this one too.
Bezel, should and could do better job flagging these bad actors.

### 1/5 — Keeps logging me out

*2025-02-23, version 1.65*

The autofill never works its just annoying and it keeps logging me out. Cool app otherwise

### 1/5 — Be careful with this people

*2025-02-22, version 1.65*

Won an auction way lower than estimated price
They cancelled my order because of “fraud protection “. Insisted to pay only by wire
They just wanted to make it difficult so they could auction it again

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Nice app

*2026-06-16, version 1.86*

Wish it had landscape mode on iPad.

### 5/5 — Bezel Agents was extremely helpful and pleasant.

*2026-06-10, version 1.86*

The Bezel Agents who assisted me with using this app were the best. Extremely pleasant, helpful, and patient. I would like to give a big shout out to David Rubin who was very helpful. Thx again!

### 5/5 — Amazing service, thorough authentication, buy with confidence

*2026-05-23, version 1.85*

Bought a Tudor Black Bay, overnight shipping to their facility, thorough authentication. They called to verify every component, noted the card wasn’t included and informed me it was a newer reference number. Gave me the option to cancel, no need to. Arrived on-time with Bezel documentation & COA. Amazing service & quick responses to questions. A+ experience.

### 5/5 — Best Experience I Could Have Imagined.

*2026-05-12, version 1.84*

First luxury watch purchase and it was incredibly fast, everything was accurately pictured and showed up exactly how I expected… actually better. 100% recommend using Bezel for your watch wants…. I’ll never see a jeweler again.

### 5/5 — 2nd watch From Bezel

*2026-05-06, version 1.84*

Best place to buy authentic watches, hands down. Responsive, authentication process is smooth, and saves a lot of anxiety about buying watches online. Amazing APP, & process.

### 5/5 — Great

*2026-04-22, version 1.83*

I had a lot of questions I sent several emails and then I actually got a call from Carlos who answered all of my questions and made this a much more relaxing purchase. These guys are great. Looking forward to my new watch.

### 5/5 — Very responsive chat.

*2026-04-05, version 1.82*

Quick response on chat thread. Helpful. Great photos. Competitive price. We will know more when watch arrives.

### 5/5 — Top notch!

*2026-03-02, version 1.80*

Will only buy through Bezel as the in house team does a fantastic job of reviewing purchases. Saved me on a purchase when seller claimed one thing but movement was wrong. Also on a purchase, noted description was slightly wrong and gave me an opportunity to accept or decline. They certainly want you to be happy with the purchase!

### 5/5 — Great company

*2026-02-22, version 1.80*

They are looking after my interest all the time. Very professional company because they have a great staff.

### 5/5 — Easy on either end

*2026-02-21*

I’ve both sold and bought watches on Bezel now and the process is as simple as it gets on both sides. The concierge team has been responsive and helpful each time I’ve had questions and it’s refreshing to actually get a real person if you call. This is my only stop for buying/selling a watch outside of an AD
