## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Stop! Read the privacy policy!

*2025-07-06*

You are giving them permission for ALL aspects of your life. They can connect to your doctor, insurance, etc

### 1/5 — Hijacked my access to the internet

*2021-08-01*

The app hijacked my internet access. Had to remove the app and even after removing the app It blocked my access to the internet - I had to shut down my phone, restart and erase the search line before I could get access to the internet 😡

### 1/5 — Please help

*2020-10-13*

I tried to sign up and the app said my phone number was invalid, which I know not to be true, so I exited the app and tried again but it said my phone number has been blocked. I am a bit disappointed as I was really excited to join the community - I really need some support right now - and tried to google how to get in touch with someone who might be able to help unban me, but I couldn’t really find anything. The app support button on this page also leads to a form that says it’s experiencing issues so this was the only way I could think of to get a hold of someone. Is there anything I can do? Or at least some other contact information I can try?

### 1/5 — Won’t accept my phone number

*2020-10-12*

Try to enter my phone number, actually tried two different numbers, and it says passcode can’t be sent. Nothing wrong on my end! Frustrating!!!

### 5/5 — Me and RA & PSA

*2022-03-21*

I also have Osteoarthritis and each day holds an unusual challenge. I am known as the Bionic Woman in my family but seriously we weren’t promised this life would be all cake and ice cream. I thank everyone including the Arthritis Foundation for coming up with some of the remedy’s for these disabling diseases. Keep plunging on. Fellow sufferers I salute you.

I have rheumatoid arthritis, l was diagnosed over 20 years ago and just today l found this app as well as the community just today, l wish l found this years ago but, l am here today, and l am not going anywhere any time soon. Such great wonderful people are there waiting. Thank-you for all of it.

### 5/5 — Many RA Reference Places

*2020-12-26*

There are many RA reference places that I have tried but find RA Healthline to be the best. It has lots of different areas of information to jump around on! It can pair you up with like patients to yourself but are not committed to do this if you feel uncomfortable. It also has various area sectioned off such as pain and medications, nutrition, mental health areas plus they have an interactive conversation with posted area of concern advertised ahead of time in case you want to jump on board! I LOVE this app!

I really do enjoy this app, and hearing from people who have good suggestions to help cope and that’s it’s ok if it’s so bad you just have to scream and cry, just let it all out in a good squall.Lots of good information too.
