## What is BF Care?

Biofourmis Care empowers people with chronic medical conditions to better manage their health in a more personalized and engaging way. Biofourmis Care is a virtual care platform that includes patient education modules, appointment scheduling, daily tasks and reminders, audio, video, and text-based communication, among other features. It allows patients to connect with their care team members and monitor health related metrics via integration of traditional Bluetooth enabled medical devices.

To access Biofourmis™ Care, you must seek advice and prescription from your clinician and access information. Once the Biofourmis™ Care app is prescribed, the clinician will register and onboard you on the program.
