Old one was intuitive, easy to use and didn’t have bugs . I have uninstalled the new BFF app multiple times since moved us to this new app. And now I’m done! As someone who’s successfully made some great friends on this app, the new update feels like it puts too many distractions on everyones plate. The groups are absolutely overwhelming and it’s harder and harder to match with anyone or start a conversation. Sad that it’s gone… ### 1/5 — Can’t import *2026-08-23, version 3.2.23* I have tried to set this app up a couple times over the years and every time it’s something. This time it’s not allowing me to import my Bumble profile even though my number is verified on my Bumble account, like the support article says. It asked me for my phone number and once I confirm it, it asked me to start filling out profile information like how old I am, what my name is, and my photos. I spent 20 minutes on the regular Bumble app setting up my profile because I thought that it was still combined, just to find out that it’s not. I go to upload one photo to see if maybe the import step is later and the one photo can’t even upload. It just keeps loading loading loading and then fails. It’s a clear selfie of my face that I took today so there should be no issue. So I can’t even get past the set up stuff to see what’s next. Also the people I have met have all been super mean, or rude, or just so creepy that u thought I was being punked. Awful app with awful people. It’s sad my last ditch effort to making friends made me feel even more alone than I do now. So now I am alone and lost all hope.
