## What is BFRB Ally?

WHAT IT DOES

The urge button. One tap starts a five-minute wave timer. Urges crest and pass on their own; the timer keeps you company while this one does. Works offline.

Logging without judgment. Two taps, done. A log is data, never a verdict. Your entries quietly draw a map of when and where your hands wander.

Repair, not punishment. After an episode, a short guided session helps you land softly instead of spiraling. What you do in the ten minutes after an episode matters more than the episode.

Guided paths. Short, gentle programs that teach the actual evidence-based skills: awareness training, competing responses, and self-compassion, adapted to whether you notice your urges or surface mid-episode.

Trance Breaker. The app learns your personal risk windows from your logs and checks in gently before they open, right when hands usually start wandering.
