## What is BFTS Scribe?

BFTS Scribe drafts your clinical documentation from the visit, so you can focus on the patient instead of the keyboard.

HOW IT WORKS
• Consent, tap, and see your patient — the phone does the listening.
• In about a minute, a structured SOAP note is ready for your review.
• You review every section and sign off. The clinician always signs off, never the machine.
• Copy the note to your EHR, save it as a PDF, or print after-visit instructions in English and Spanish.

• Purge-on-accept: once you confirm the note is in your EHR, it is erased from our servers.
