I closed on my house November 4 2025, I did not move in until Christmas. January they gave me 1200 hundred dollar bill and say that's not an estimated bill it's an actual reading. That's a lie when no one was at the house. Please take this away. I don’t want to see this every time I log on here. How about removing this convenience fee?! App is clunky and over heavyweight- like think about the use case. When someone is reporting an outage, it’s over wireless. Your app can’t be a bloated piece of garbage (it is). Just attempted to report an outage (the only thing I’d use this app for), and it crashes when attempting to do so. Doesn’t matter if your on WiFi or on Mobile Data it take minutes to load. That’s just the home page.
