I am not able to register not does the verification code I had sent to my email works!

The app will not allow me to click on the register button after submitting my info and the verification code into the fields. The register button hides under the keyboard which will not disappear even after clicking on a white area or even hitting the return button… how am I supposed to lock my bike so theft doesn’t occur??
