The last nearby store has closed its doors. This effectively makes this app useless. Down from 5 stars to 2. Old review: Having tried a variety of apps for different eateries, this app is my fav. I’m able to see the menu and see the total amount without having to commit to a payment form. The absence of a glaring white background is a plus. And very much appreciate the occasion free perk. And ease of use. ### 2/5 — Gift Cards and rewards are broken *2022-04-28, version 5.17* There’s no way to use an existing gift card balance that’s already in the app towards an order. I can't redeem points or order for Boston Logan Airport with this app. Dunkin Donuts a minute walk away let's you use their app for orders. Starbucks too. I couldn’t redeem any rewards in store because it’s only online. Service is going downhill that’s probably why they’re closing stores. Apps are not being updated. I accidentally ended up ordering both items for her. Once you place your order, there isn’t a way to cancel (for example, the Clover app allows you to cancel with 60 seconds of ordering). ### 1/5 — Has MAJOR bugs *2021-02-18, version 5.15.0* I would love to give this app five stars because it’s very easy to use and I like the layout. But for the past year almost every other time I try to order online through the app it says that something went wrong and my order cannot be placed. I’ve brought this issue up with customer service a few times and gotten no fixes. Even the staff in my local store says the app is super glitchy. If they could just fix this problem it would be a five star app!
