## What is BGR?

‘BGR’ is the core of our brand name ‘BGR the Burger Joint®’, a brand we have operated since 2008. As we introduce our new Brand Positioning, ‘BGR’ remains as the core of our new brand name: ‘BGR – Burgers Grilled Right®’. ‘Grilled Right’ is an essential part of our core positioning – as our burgers –and our Masterpieces and Signature Specialties – are grilled on an open flame, and cooked to order and to temperature.

Our restaurant concept is based on perfecting the art of grilling – and has been supported by the many awards we are privileged to have won. All new BGR restaurants will open under ‘BGR – Burgers Grilled Right®’; and, over time, existing BGR restaurants will be remodeled and transitioned to ‘BGR – Burgers Grilled Right®’.

BGR restaurants are not all owned by BGR. Local owners operate BGR restaurants in their communities – your communities. Some of our existing ‘BGR the Burger Joint’ restaurants will serve our new menu before there is a change in that location’s brand name and/or a remodeling is initiated.

2) Shop as usual.
3) We’ll buzz your phone when you earn a reward. No need to fish your phone out, check-in, or scan anything. Just pay as usual.

The app otherwise works great for ordering. All is well. 
The only problem is when I have earned a reward for free fries or something and I clearly have the right item the right number of rewards. I am not incorrect. It doesn’t work on the app and a staff member has to help me when I get to the store almost every time.
I hope they can correct this problem that’s all. still love the food and great customer service at the store. Thank you, Annapolis.!!

The app never takes my payment. I’ve tried every card I own several times and it always says payment failed. No other apps do this. What did I upload my card for then? Very frustrating because I can’t order ahead now.

Every employee was personable, professional, helpful and engaged. Great location. Western BBQ burger was cooked perfectly, having a robust flavor, generous amounts of all ingredients and was very juicy.  Tater tots were perfectly cooked; delicate crunch on the outside and soft on the inside.
I will definitely be back to this BGR!
