Like other users I get ghost characters upon initial login attempt, even after clearing the fields and using both Face ID and manual input of credentials, I get a login error. App hasn’t worked in months at this point. Why have it if there’s no support? ### 1/5 — Unable to even log in. *2020-05-07, version 4.17* Won’t even allow me to log in. I see comments saying this exact thing all the way back to 2018. So not only was it always broken, in 2 years they haven’t found a solution. Don’t hold your breath. ### 1/5 — Dysfunctional app! *2020-03-30, version 4.17* One of the most dysfunctional apps I have encountered. This does not help the BGRS image. I deleted the app shortly after trying it. ### 1/5 — Login broken *2020-01-02, version 4.15.3* Can’t login by just opening the app and entering login info. The curser in the username starts several character spaces to the right. Login will never work unless you backspace to place the curser to the far left where it should be by default.
