Still can’t successfully login, 6 months later *2019-01-17, version 4.9.15* Update to my last review (Aug 2018): (An update is necessary, since it is late January, and BGRS haven’t finished processing my claim from my move LAST SUMMER). Useless app, still can’t log in. Even after updating the app repeatedly, I still get the “There was a problem with your login. Please try again” message every time I try to use it to see if they have made any process on my claim. You would think after 6 months they would have fixed it ### 1/5 — App Fails at Log In *2018-12-13, version 4.8.6* What I really mean is the app fails to even allow you to log-in. It initially used to work, lately not so much. It was easy to use it. Like other users I get ghost characters upon initial login attempt, even after clearing the fields and using both Face ID and manual input of credentials, I get a login error. I see comments saying this exact thing all the way back to 2018. So not only was it always broken, in 2 years they haven’t found a solution. The curser in the username starts several character spaces to the right. Login will never work unless you backspace to place the curser to the far left where it should be by default. There is no fingerprint scan or face ID for login. The app rarely lets you login even when you have to put the information in manually. It is extremely slow at not user-friendly.
