You can use the desktop version of the site, which DOES work, on your mobile device. It may be a bit finicky when it comes to navigation, but it does work. Don’t waste your time with the app, it’s worse than useless. I keep trying to submit a review and it keeps not taking. But the app crashes when you try to do anything like submit a claim or change personal information all that will probably need to be done on the website. ### 1/5 — Just use the desktop version *2025-07-15, version 2.17* The UI/UX is the worst I’ve seen in an app. It feels like it was made by a high school student for their compsci project. It is difficult to navigate, buttons don’t work half the time, and the UI is offensive. I was unable to complete a claim using the app because I can’t upload a document or select a previously uploaded one. Instead it wants to use the camera to take a picture of the document every time (I have the PDF saved on my phone). Also I have to press the back button 5-6 times before it actually goes back. I’m assuming this was developed using the minimum viable product (mvp) mentality. Well this is definitely minimal. Save the headache and just use the desktop version instead, the mobile version still needs a lot of work. ### 1/5 — Terrible application *2025-06-12, version 2.17* Gave 1 star because I could not give 0. BGRS application is not user friendly/intuitive. Keeps giving error msgs… has not evolved in my last 3 postings.
