我在11月中下了訂單，下單時顯示供貨充足，結果月底才告知出貨會延到該週，官網公告延至12月出貨。
現在已經1月中了，訂單仍舊未出貨，甚至從待出貨記錄被移除了（這是已經付款的訂單，也並未退款），勸大家在此app與平台下單前要三思。

我當晚留言客服，因為已過了客服上班時間，我等到今天3/4星期一去查看客服的回覆，讓我加官方line帳號傳照片給你們看，（之前早已加了官方line帳號）結果今天早上10點傳訊息給line官方帳號卻回訊息說現在是下班時間，所以是要擺爛嗎？
就算是短期效的茶品，也不能賣過期的給客戶吧？
