Somehow we were forced to migrate to an app that doesn’t remember log in details. Now I was forced to download an app to pay rent, make a maintenance request or do anything. But I’ve tried logging in multiple times and it keeps saying invalid password/email. But they’ll sure charge me late fees when it’s not even my fault. ### 1/5 — Won’t let you make early payments *2024-05-23, version 1.0.20* I like to split my rent payment up (half with each paycheck) but this app doesn’t allow that, and the website no longer allows you to make payments on it. ### 1/5 — Inhales Profusely *2024-02-15, version 1.0.17* This app is absolutely terrible and it’s the only way I can pay my rent online. It never remembers my password, and I always end up having to jump through hoops to log in. Yes, it gives you the option to use face to log in but that doesn’t even work either. Beyond frustrating. ### 2/5 — Barely functional, needlessly frustrating. *2023-11-01, version 1.5* This app is doing absolutely nothing that couldn’t be done by a page in your web browser, and in at least one way is significantly worse: the login page refreshes unnecessarily, making it incompatible with a password manager. Want to copy and paste your credentials instead? Have fun, when you switch back to the app to paste the password the email field is blank again. At least once you manage to log in it works, but this app SHOULD NOT EXIST. It should be a webpage. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poor Management *2026-04-15, version 1.3.6* The AI chatbot and the one on the phone you reach will you one thing and the office will tell you another. Why in the year BH has owned this complex, we’ve had multiple apps and like 4 different ways to submit maintenance requests and it’s the worst one yet. No chatbots for maintenance. And it took 8 weeks to get credentials for this stupid app. ### 1/5 — Nightmare app *2026-04-05, version 1.2.3* This app shows that companies doesn’t care for the customers. This app is not user friendly, asks what seems like 20 questions while requesting maintenance and yet get a call from the office and asks the same questions. Annoying and stupid. ### 1/5 — The newly added AI Chatbot is incredibly bad! *2026-04-02, version 1.2.3* They just updated the app to use an AI chatbot to schedule maintenance requests. Previously, it would just have you send a description of the issue and an optional picture. Now you must talk to a chatbot that makes you repeat yourself and does not understand anything. You need to type in your phone number even though you are already logged in to the app. The one positive note is you can easily trick the AI into telling you knock knock jokes, and answering whatever questions you want. Not surprisingly, the feedback feature is also broken. I’m amazed BH would pay extra money for something like this. Especially when what they already had worked fine. I guess they need something to do with all the extra rent money we pay them. ### 1/5 — Maintenance nightmare *2025-11-23, version 1.2.3* This app has made making maintenance requests a nightmare. My complex has just moved over to this app from a previous one, and now there’s no record made of ANY maintenance request because it takes you to an EXTERNAL BROWSER to speak with an AI chat bot that hangs up on you saying “I’ve submit the request bye” with zero request number or id or tracking information. How do I know this even did anything? There’s no record of any maintenance requests anymore at all which I believe is unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2025-09-18, version 1.2.3* It would be courteous to tenants to have Apple Pay as an option, as, it avoids requiring the payee to give out bank account/card information to another website/app. Previously, the resident app allowed for Apple Pay. ### 1/5 — Worst app !!! *2025-08-12, version 1.2.2* My apartment managers are changing the app they use to pay our rent. They’ve sent out a few emails with the link where we can download the app and then sign in using the credentials from our existing account. I have been trying every day several times for the past week and a half, and it keeps telling me my credentials are wrong. Even though I can sign in using them on the old app my old app tell me that I’m typing it wrong and all I’m doing is copying and pasting. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2025-08-03, version 1.2.2* My apartments switched to this app in May and it doesnt work for me. Ive had to take scramble to get cashiers checks the last two months and its really inconvenient. They say they will submit a ticket but we will see . Its not worked for 2 months ### 1/5 — Stupid idea *2025-07-17, version 1.2.2* Totally unnecessary as the web version worked just fine.
